  • Electric Blender
  • Fresh ice cubes


  • 2 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup pistachios shelled and roasted
  • 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened


  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until it reaches a smooth texture.
  • Additionally, add liquid such as water, milk or almond milk to reach a more liquid texture.
