Detox matcha tea smoothies

Servings: 2 cups
Fresh ice cubes
- 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
- 1 medium-sized frozen ripe banana sliced
- 1 pitted ripe avocado sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened soya milk or 1% low-fat milk
- 1 tsp matcha
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until it reaches a smooth texture.
Add water, milk or almond milk for an even more liquid texture.
