Post-workout matcha smoothie
Combining the magical essence of peanuts and banana, this post-workout protein smoothie adds a glorious touch to relieve your body after your workout.
Servings: 2 cups
Fresh ice cubes
- 1 ½ cup almond milk
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 medium-size ripe banana
- ½ tsp powdered matcha green tea
- 2 serving unsweetened vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until it reaches a smooth texture.
Additionally, add liquid such as water, milk or almond milk to reach a more liquid texture.
