  • Electric Blender
  • Fresh ice cubes


  • 1 ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 medium-size ripe banana
  • ½ tsp powdered matcha green tea
  • 2 serving unsweetened vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt
